The Sashbear Foundation is the proud recipient of a 2020 Bell Let's Talk Community Fund grant. The funding will support the translation of our program materials for two French-speaking communities in North Bay and Cornwall, ON.

This year’s Bell Let’s Talk Day campaign shines a light on the actions that we can all take, because now more than ever, mental health matters. Whether you’re staying virtually connected with a family member, working directly with patients in recovery, investing in access to care or even just taking care of your own mental health, every Canadian can play a part in their communities, workplaces, schools and at home.

That’s why we’re joining in the 11th annual Bell Let’s Talk Day to help create positive change.

The Sashbear Foundation is a volunteer-driven charity recognized as one of the leading Canadian voices for families in awareness and access to treatment for emotional dysregulation, suicide prevention, and mental health resiliency.

The Sashbear Foundation continues to deliver the Family Connections™ program online during the pandemic to families across Canada. The program positively impacts family members, providing a toolbox of skills to help them care for themselves and be more effective in their relationships leading to better outcomes for loved ones struggling with emotion dysregulation.

The Sashbear Foundation also offers expert educational webinar series.
