John Ralston Actor Actor John Ralston has had an extensive career in stage, film, television and voice narration spanning three decades. He played opposite Jean-Claude Van Damme in "Pound of Flesh". Recently he was in the feature film "Ready or Not", and had recurring roles in season three of "Bitten" and "Workin' Moms". John is just back from Croatia and Hungary where he starred in Brandon Cronenberg's new feature film "Infinity Pool" with Alexander SkarsgÄrd. He is featured in the popular series "Ginny and Georgia", and is currently shooting in Calgary for a recurring role in Season Two of "Joe Pickett", streaming on Paramount Plus.
Karen Waldell Karen Waddell is a certified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher (Brown University) and Trauma-Sensitive mindfulness trained. Founder of Mindfulness Dimensions, offering one-to-one mindfulness instruction and the 8-week MBSR course. Karen recently developed and delivered a two-month bi-weekly mindfulness wellness program for Accenture Canada. She is currently serving on the CAMH Constituency Council.

Shelley McMain, Ph.D. Internationally-renowned DBT clinician and researcher Shelley McMain, Ph.D., C.Psych., is Head of the Borderline Personality Disorder Clinic and a Clinician Scientist at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health in Toronto. She is the Director of the Psychotherapy, Humanities, and Psychosocial Interventions Division and an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto. She is a practicing psychotherapist, trainer, educator and researcher. She has received several awards for her psychotherapy research, which has advanced knowledge relating to improving the efficacy and the efficiency of psychosocial treatments for individuals with BPD
Blaise Aguirre, MD Medical Director at the 3East Continuum Dr. Aguirre is an expert in child, adolescent, and adult psychotherapy including dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and medication evaluation and management. He is nationally and internationally recognized for his extensive work in the treatment of mood and personality disorders in adolescents. Dr. Aguirre is the author of several books and lectures regularly in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East on borderline personality disorder and DBT.

Gillian C. Galen, PsyD, is a senior child and adolescent psychologist specializing in dialectical behaviour therapy. She has extensive experience diagnosing and treating adolescents and young adults who struggle with emotion dysregulation, anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-endangering behaviours, such as self-injury and suicidal behaviours.
